E-POSTER SUBMISSION
As part of the Conference's scientific program, participants are invited to present their research and clinical work in the form of e-Posters.
e-Posters provide a digital platform to share findings on topics such as aneurysms, vascular malformations, stroke, and experimental work, among others.
In recognition of scientific excellence, the top submissions will be considered for the prestigious Gazi Yaşargil Best Poster Award. Named after Prof. Gazi Yaşargil, a pioneer in neurosurgery, this award honors outstanding contributions in the field of neurovascular science. The award will be presented during the special Gazi Yaşargil Session.

What is an e-Poster?
An e-Poster is a digital version of a traditional scientific poster, created as a PowerPoint presentation.
All accepted e-Posters will be displayed electronically at dedicated stations throughout the Conference venue and will remain accessible throughout the event.
Abstract Submission for e-Posters
You are invited to submit an abstract on one of the following topics:
- Aneurysm
- Vascular Malformations
- Stroke
- Experimental
- Miscellaneous

Important Abstract Guidelines:
- The abstract must not exceed 300 words, including references.
- The title must not exceed 20 words.
- Please include 3-5 keywords (separated by commas) in the designated field at the bottom of the submission form.
- Abstracts must be submitted via the online system - submissions by email will not be accepted.
- The presenting author must be a registered participant and cannot be changed after submission.
Including Images, Tables, or Graphs?
Depending on your abstract content, please follow the relevant submission process:
If your abstract does NOT include any images, tables, or graphs:
Simply submit your abstract text using the online submission field.
If your abstract DOES include images, tables, or graphs:
- Submit your abstract text in the designated online submission field.
- Go to the "Upload File” section.
- Upload a single-page PDF or Word document that includes the image(s), graph(s), or table(s) referenced in your text.
Confirmation of Submission
After submitting your abstract, you should receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us at: secretariat@wlnc.org.
Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
e-Poster Presentation Guidelines
Once your abstract is accepted, your e-Poster should be prepared in PowerPoint (landscape orientation) with a maximum of 15 slides. The content should include:
- Title slide (with title, authors, affiliations)
- Background and Aims
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
- Discussion (optional)
- Disclosure (if applicable)
Additional notes:
- Include the title, authors, and affiliations in the footer of each slide.
- Add slide numbers.
- e-Posters can include images and tables.
- Files must be submitted in PowerPoint (ppt/.pptx) or PDF format.
- All e-Posters must be prepared and submitted in English.
- e-Posters will only be displayed if the presenting author is registered and has paid the registration fee.
