E-POSTER SUBMISSION
WHAT IS AN e-Poster?
- An e-Poster is a poster, presented as a power point slide presentation.
- An e-Poster is an electronic version of the traditional board.
- All e-Posters will be shown electronically at the e-Poster stations at the Conference venue.
e-Posters will be located in the e-Poster area all the time during the Conference.
SUBMIT ABSTRACTS for AN e-Poster
e-Poster abstracts will be submitted regarding the poster topics
Topics Are;
- Aneurysm
- Vascular malformations
- Stroke
- Experimental
- Miscellaneous
After the evaluation period if you have received notice that your Abstract has been accepted for e-Poster presentation, after the notification please submit your e-poster presentation using the guidelines given on this page.
e-Poster Guidelines
- e-Poster presentations are similar to regular Power Point presentations, only have limited number of slides. e-Poster presentations can include up to (15) slides (landscape orientation) and should contain these parts:
- Background and aims
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
- Discussion (according to the decision of the author)
- Disclosure (only if present)
- The first slide of presentation should include e-Poster title, list of authors and list of affiliations. Please apply this information on each slide of presentation in the "footer” section. Do not forget to add slide numbers.
- Please pay attention to the notes if you have received by e-mail together with notification letter.
- e-Posters must be submitted and presented in English.
- The Power Point format and Pdf format of e-Poster are acceptable. You are welcome to add images and tables to improve documentation of your e-Poster. It is possible for videos to be inserted or embedded in the presentation file.

HOW TO UPLOAD AN e-Poster?
E-Posters can be uploaded on-line after receiving the acceptance letter. The submission of e-Posters will be open from January 9, 2019. Please log in to your account and press "Submit an e-Poster”, follow submission guidelines.
