  • Only registrations accompanied by full payment will be considered. Registration will be confirmed after we receive the payment. If you do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference, please contact the registration secretariat at registration@wlnc.org
  • The date of payment is crucial for determining the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird or late deadline, it will not be considered as early or late registration if the payment is not received before the deadlines.

* To eligible for physician in training / resident / technologist / nurse rates, participants must provide documentary evidence of their status, such as a copy of their work ID card or an official statement on university or institution letterhead. Without these documents, regular fees will apply.
** The Industry Member registration type is only valid for company representatives from WLNC 2026 sponsor companies.

Beware of Fraud Offers!

While booking your hotel, please be aware that there are several fraudulent websites impersonating the WLNC 2026 registration and accommodation platforms. These sites may be very professional looking and use online advertising to appear at the top search results, while some of them may try to reach you via scam emails.

DEKON Group is the Organizing Secretariat and the sole authorised company for the WLNC 2026.

The only way to access the WLNC 2026 registration form and the hotel options is through the congress website: www.wlnc.org.

If you suspect that you have been targeted by a fraudulent site, please contact the Organizing Secretariat at registration@wlnc.org immediately.

Cancellation Policy - Registration

Cancellation of Registration must be received in writing by the WLNC 2026 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) by e-mail to registration@wlnc.org

An administrative fee of EURO 100 will be applied for any cancellation received before or on January 16, 2026.
Cancellations received between or on January 17- March 02, 2026: Eligible for 50% refund.
Absolutely no refund will be processed for cancellations received on or after March 03, 2026.

Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of WLNC 2026, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
